Thermidor Entries
Thermidor journal entries are entries to book adjustments to the prior fiscal year, following the close of the June accounting month. These are booked by the Financial Reporting and Accounting team after they have been reviewed and approved. Thermidor entries are the only way to adjust account balances for June.
Thermidor Accrual Journal Entry (TAC)
The thermidor accrual journal entry (TAC) is to be used to process accruals which will automatically be reversed in the new financial year. Regular general journal entry continuation forms may be used for accrual entries that require more than one page.

Thermidor Adjusting Journal Entry (TAD)
The thermidor adjusting journal entry (TAD) is used to process adjustments which will not be reversed in the new financial year. If an activity or project is being affected that belongs to another individual on campus, you must obtain their signature on the entry.
