Concur will launch updates to their user interface on Friday, April 3, 2026. The most noticeable change for users is the streamlined search function for airfare, car rentals and hotel booking.
Updates to the system include search results for air travel displayed by the leg of the trip, rather than as round trips. Additionally, important flight information can be easily located on the left-hand card for each itinerary option, including seat cost, baggage allotments, refundability and even CO2 emissions while the new Review and Book feature makes it easier than ever to access flight information.
Lodging options and car rental information will also be impacted by the Concur updates. The interactive hotel map displays the lowest available rate for each property and allows travelers to search for hotels near local businesses or in specific areas of the city they are visiting. Renting a car through Concur will allow employees to filter results by category, type and rental company, and there is even an option to select an electric vehicle.
Other features of the update include the Trip Overview page where travelers can edit details like the trip name and description, view the itinerary, find contact information and rental car details.
