The Financial Services Procure-to-Pay (P2P) team is relocating to 102 Tower (102 South 200 East, Second Floor, Salt Lake City, UT 84111) effective October 5, 2026.

As we make this move, we want to ensure that you – our campus partners – are aware of where you can pick up checks, Purchasing Cards and Travel Cards. Please note that there will be no change to the current check printing or mailing schedule as part of this relocation. 

Check Printing and Pickup

Checks will continue to be printed and mailed according to the current schedule and process. Beginning October 5:

• Checks that would normally be mailed will continue to be mailed.
• Checks specifically requested to be held for pickup will be available at 102 Tower (102 South 200 East, Second Floor).
• Departments and individuals picking up checks should plan to come to the second floor of 102 Tower. Additional pickup instructions will be provided at the location as appropriate.

Purchasing and Travel Card Pickup

Beginning October 5, Purchasing Cards and Travel Cards that are ready for pickup will be available at the Procure-to-Pay offices on the second floor of 102 Tower. Please plan accordingly for any check or card pickups scheduled for October 5 or later.

We appreciate your patience and partnership as our team transitions to our new location. We look forward to continuing to serve the university community from 102 Tower.
