Ryan Harvey – a buyer with the Purchasing team – was recently named the Procurement Specialist of the Year from the Utah Chapter of The Institute for Public Procurement (NIGP).  

Harvey has worked in Purchasing since 2022 and leads high-impact procurement with strategic expertise. He also has strong negotiation results for the marketing and design category.  

Chief Procurement Officer and Senior Director of Procure to Pay Zachary Christensen remarked that Harvey is a crucial piece of the puzzle to ensure compliance with Utah procurement regulations.  

“Ryan is a trusted and collaborative partner across teams and stakeholders,” said Christensen.
